After a major storm, a tree came down on one of our vehicles. I called 20+ tree services looking for help removing it from my vehicle. Due to the storms, most tree services were booked out for weeks upon weeks. One service told me they would't be able to come out to help until February! I submitted my request for Arbor Pro online and within a couple hours, Ben from Arbor Pro called me. He said he was on his way to our house to check out the damages and give us a quote. When he saw the severity of our situation, he called the office to see if there was anyway they could help us sooner than later (as they were booked out as well). Great! The next morning he calls and said something opened up and would be to my house by 8:30 to get the tree removed from my vehicle. Ben was incredible! He was so knowledgeable and took a look at a few other trees we had concerns about. The crew was fascinating to watch! Aaron took the lead and was so efficient with determining the best course of action upon arrival. There was not a minute wasted while he was assessing & setting up. Looking forward to the crew returning this fall! I promise you - you will not find a better service out there than Arbor Pro. Jerred - you have done an incredible job! read less

Their crew did a awesome job removing the trees. They were very professional and on time. They will be returning to remove the stumps because of too much snow.I highly recommend this company.Arbor Pro did another excellent job. I called them back to remove 5 more dead trees. They came out today and the crew did another great job. They removed these 5 dead trees and ground out a total off 11 stumps.I would highly recommend this company read less

The maple has never looked so good, their arborist is an artist. The willow removal was in a tight area and it was done with great skill. The buckthorn work was extensive and a crew worked hard on it all afternoon, they did a superb job including cleanup. Throughout they were professional, very skilled and communicated well. read less

They did an excellent job of removing the dead trees while carefully protecting our yard and the other trees in the area. The workers onsite were friendly, professional, efficient and highly skilled. Jerred, the owner, was easy to work with . He provided an accurate estimate of the cost. We would certainly use them again in the future as needed. read less

At first I thought it should be cut down but thankfully John took a look and told me it was a beautiful and healthy tree, just needed pruning! I got one other estimate but honestly the person was short and impatient at our appointment. We followed up with a plan and real discussion!
